ETSI has published an updated version of the standard ETSI EN 301 908-13 V13.4.0 (2025-12), which applies to user equipment (UE) for Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA/LTE) within IMT-based mobile networks.

It specifies technical requirements according to the EU regulatory framework for access to radio spectrum and defines what LTE equipment must meet to ensure efficient and interference-free use of radio frequencies. The new version includes updates and clarifications that support continued regulatory compliance and access to the EU market.

The standard is relevant for manufacturers, importers, and other stakeholders working with LTE-based user equipment.
