Conformance testing specifications for the HIPERLAN type 2 convergence layer!

The standard series ETSI EN 301 811-1 V1.1.1 (2001-01) consists of three parts that together define the conformance testing framework for the packet-based convergence layer of HIPERLAN Type 2, part of the Broadband Radio Access Networks (BRAN) family.

The three sub-parts cover the following:

Sub-part 1: PICS proforma
A template for documenting which protocol features are supported by an implementation (Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement).

Sub-part 2: TSS&TP specification
Describes the structure of the test suite and the purpose of each test (Test Suite Structure and Test Purposes) to ensure comprehensive coverage of protocol requirements.

Sub-part 3: ATS specification
Defines the Abstract Test Suite used as the basis for formal conformance testing.

The purpose of the series is to enable structured, consistent, and repeatable testing of HIPERLAN Type 2 implementations.

Now its time for ITS to vote on if to withdraw these or not.
