ETSI EN 301 775 V1.1.1 is a standard under Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) that specifies how Vertical Blanking Interval (VBI) data is carried and transmitted within DVB bitstreams. VBI data carries additional information such as teletext, subtitles, and other services alongside the video content of the TV signal.

This standard has already been published, and ITS will now vote on whether it should be withdrawn.
