ETSI recently sent out an updated draft of a standard EN 305 550-5 (V1.0.0) which applies to Short Range Device (SRD) equipment operating within the 40 GHz to 260 GHz frequency range.
This updated version specifically focuses on ultra-short-range communication (USRC) equipment operating in the 57 GHz to 64 GHz frequency range. The standard serves as a harmonized guideline for access to radio spectrum, aiming to ensure efficient use of these frequencies for SRD devices.
You can find the standard here: EN 305 550-5 V1.0.0
